چکیده

Abstract Screen-printing and spray-coating methods were used to produce photoluminescent, water-repellent, antimicrobial films on textile fibers. The cotton fabrics firstly finished with a flame-resistant agent. There are number of functional agents that have been applied during the finishing process, including strontium aluminate pigment as antibacterial photoluminescent agent, flame-retardant organophosphate, water-repellent silicone rubber. current research investigated surface morphologies chemical compositions screen-printed spray-coated fabric cottons using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), wavelength dispersive fluorescence (WDXRF), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). According morphological analysis, phosphor nanoparticles had sizes ranging from 2 12 nm. After excitation at 399 nm, generated colorless layer deposited onto showed an emission profile 516 luminescence spectra CIE Lab characteristics confirmed phosphor-coated textiles displayed white color in visible spectrum green presence UV light. It has shown by analysis tested colors very stable over time. measurements static water contact sliding angles also explored. self-extinguishing activity coated retained their properties 24 laundry cycles. Antimicrobial activity, hydrophobicity, luminous improved without affecting intrinsic physical mechanical features treated textiles. Details colorimetric discussed. stiffness air permeability examined explore flexibility breathability Excellent reversibility photostability seen materials.

Preparation and properties of superfine Mg(OH)2 flame retardant

Preparation of superfine magnesium hydroxide with the bittern and ammonia was studied. The properties of the products were analyzed by laser granularity, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, the limiting oxygen index and the wet t ing angle measurements . The results show that the mean particle size of the magnesium hydroxide is about 230 nm with a platelet shape and the specific su...

Performance of Bioactive Molecules on Cotton and Other Textiles

Four types of biologically active molecules were examined for their structure/activity relationships as applied to textile functionalization. Bio-molecules including enzymes, peptides, carbohydrates, and lipids have been found to retain their activity when linked to cotton fabrics. Wound dressing protection against the protease destruction caused by human neutrophil elastase was examined with c...
